Viewing Your Parking History

To review your past bookings:

1. Go to the History section in the app.
2. Select Visitor Parking.
3. A list of your previous sessions will be displayed.
4. Click on a record to view detailed session info:
   • Session ID
   • Building and Address
   • Parking Bay
   • Visitor Name & Plate Number
   • Parking Duration
   • Allowance Used
   • Payment Status

Payment Status Types:

• Allowance – Time was deducted from your monthly allowance.
• Paid – Additional time exceeded your allowance; charges were applied.
