How Visitor Parking Works

• Monthly Parking Allowance: Every resident receives a monthly allocation of parking hours that automatically resets each month. Think of it as your "parking credit" – use it to book spaces for your guests throughout the month.

• Instant Reservations: When you need to book parking for a visitor, just enter your guest's contact details and license plate number, and choose the duration of parking. The system immediately reserved a place.

• First Come, First Served: Parking spaces are available on demand – no need to book days in advance. Simply reserve when your guest is on their way, and the space is secured instantly.

How much parking allowance do I get?

Your monthly parking allowance is calculated fairly based on your building's total visitor spaces and resident needs. The parking hours depend on factors like number of parking lots and units. A default allowance is applied to all the residents, but if additional hours are required, a request to building manager can be made.

What Happens When I Run Out?

If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional parking hours are available for a small admin fee (typically $0.50-$2.50 per 15-minute block). You can still book spaces – you'll just see the charge applied to your account.

Multiple Vehicles in your unit?

If you have multiple cars or family members who need to book visitor parking, contact your building manager through the app to set up additional user access. Each approved user gets their own allocation, effectively increasing your household's total parking hours.

The Booking Process

• Initial Registration: Residents need to perform one-time registration process for monthly visitor parking allowance.
• Quick Setup: Enter your visitor's phone number or email and license plate for the chosen available parking slot.
• Instant Confirmation: The space is reserved immediately for the visitor. A reservation period of 15 minutes is offered to the visitor to safely park inside the lot. Once the sensor detects the car inside the parking lot, session starts immediately, and the allowance will be deducted based on the hours the car stays inside the parking lot.
• Automatic Access: Your guest receives an unlock link to access the space
• Flexible Timing: If the link expires unused, simply make a new reservation

You can reserve multiple spaces in a single booking session – perfect for dinner parties or family gatherings.

Hours Deducted Fairly

Parking hours are only deducted from your allowance based on actual usage. If your guest doesn't show up and the reservation expires, those hours return to your account.
